What a joke... I knew some of the local McDonald's had a bad reputation, but this is awful. Unfiltered, Greasy, Stale fries (see picture). No Chicken for Crispy Chicken. No lids for large drinks. Half of soda choices out of order or out of stock. NO BIG MAC SAUCE!! Really??? How is this possible? McDonald's is built on the Big Mac and you can't even get that right. New owner needs to seriously look into her stores before they slip further into the abyss. Would have negative stars if I could have.

Only had coffee but service with a smile and kindness. Brooke could not have been nicer. This was the morning shift. The cook also had a smile and a great attitude! The cashier on the evening shift was quip and unhelpful. I asked when does this McDonald's open and she said, "I don't know" response and went on with her duties. I came to my Google Maps app for the answer. The four stars is due to attitude of evening shift woman.

Poor customer service! If you don't want to wait on someone or roll your eyes when your customers ask for something, go home! Learn to respect other people or get a job where you are not in customer service. I was not greeted, just "what you want?" No "thank you" or "have a nice day." What happened to southern hospitality?

Went to this location today, started off and I was greeted with a “what you need” from the cashier TASHA or TOSHA. Mixed young lady with extreme curly blonde hair. She then proceeded to tell me she was out of breakfast burrito and I simply asked her if they were out of anything else before I went on with my order. She then shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know! (But your the employee here right) she just had the worse customer service! Very unprofessional her and her manager, thank walked in while the line was growing from talking with a big group of what looked like to me “friends”. I will not be back here at all if this how the establishment here is ran! This needs to be addressed, if Tasha didn’t want to work she shouldn’t be there! Not get attitudes and be rude to the customer that pays her hourly wage!! I asked for my receipt and she said she “threw it away” then I had to ask for syrup for my hot cakes. She just all around did the bare minimum

I'm giving 1 star due to not being able to give 0 stars. These employees do not care about being here at all. They took 20 minutes to make a couple hamburger at 2 in the afternoon with no one else in line. They drug their feet around very slowly moving, not wearing a mask, not polite, just zero F's given!. You get minimum wage because you give minimum effort. If I was the manager I would have fire everyone and locked the door and went home
