Ruby Tuesday

This was awful!!! I would give this a negative 10 if I could. I ordered food to go and the girl told me it would be ready in 20 mins. I had ordered ribery, grilled zucchini, sweet potato fries and a side salad. First off, I got there in 20 mins and the food was ready and I paid and got out to my car. I figured I would eat a few of the fries on the way back to the house. They were barely room temperature heat. I felt the rest of the containers and the steak and zucchini was cold as well. When I got to the house I opened what was supposed to be the side salad. Oh my god! I would have been completely embarrassed to serve what consisted of old, wilted romaine. That was all that was in it. OLD, WILTED LETTUCE. The zucchini was 6 tiny slices of oily, cold zucchini. It looked as if it was cooked in a pan of grease. The steak tasted old. It was a very expensive meal for the dog. **They credited my money back to my card for the meal. I added a few stars for their effort to make things right.

Well, it was a 53 dollar meal. 2 cold baked potatoes. Not even warm enough to melt the butter(ish). Got a replacement potato which looked wet and tasted like fish. What has happened to the salad bar. Seems like they have made it smaller. Also, a lot of cross contamination. Probably not RT fault but the parts of some utensils that one grabs with the hand was in other food items on the salad bar. I guess everyone washes their hands before handing buuuttttt? One final note. A party left a table who had made a mess. The food was left on the floor and you could see where it was tracked all over the place. I am sad. I really liked the place in the past.

The food was great....When we finally got it. Had ordered a appetizer and it was never delivered. The food finally arrived and was tasty. Waitress forgot appetizer and tea....Had to ask numerous times for the drinks for me and my husband...Also asked for tarter sauce for shrimp, and steak sauce which never came....Sorry...

I like most of their food and usually their service. Today, I had a classic cheeseburger and French fries. The burger was cooked as I like it. I've never had their burgers before so I was disappointed to find the toppings (lettuce, tomato and pickles) under the meat instead of on TOP of the meat. Had the toppings been on top, I would have added a star to my rating. The other star would have been given if I had been offered for the French fries.
