Kfc

Terrible is the word. Got it delivered through Menulog. Chicken & chips were salty way above. Informed to Menulog & they said depending on the cheff, taste differs. Felt like eating a salt bottle. Chicken were not crispy at all. This is NOT the 1st time. We threw everything away & got pizza. I would NOT recommend to anyone

Very disappointing, spent over $60.00 On a family feast (15 original recipe) plus sides , Wicked wings and an extra gravy. I specifically asked if I could have 4 wings and 4 drum sticks in my family feast order what I received was 1 x drumstick , 2 x wings and the rest fully greasy thighs and dry to the bone breast pieces, I tried to call the store many times without any luck (voice mail) Left message no call back. Definitely will not visit the Fairfield Store ever again Thank you KFC, disgusting…!

I've only ever been through a drive-thru a couple of times in my life. The last time was approximately 9 years ago at the nearby McDonalds and it was a nightmare. Recently, during the Delta lockdown, my family was craving som KFC, our favourite fast food chain. So I drove down to this KFC only to realise that they were only operating the drive-thru thanks to COVID. I was furious. I hated drive-thrus. And considering the line was pretty long, I was expecting a 25min+ wait time. But by the end of it, it had only taken less than 5 minutes. I was amazed at the quality of the service and the food. I went back there multiple times and it was a breeze. 👍👍

Poor service. Firstly they gave me.the wrong order, secondly they gave me bad attitude with no apology and making it seem that I was in the wrong when i pointed this out to them and thirdly no apology for having to wait longer for.my order. When I complained.on their website all i got was a survey to find out how well they dealt with it - they had made no effort to contact me and then when i pointed this out to them i got o e phone call that i was unable to answer as i was at work and no follow up apart from another survey in which I pointed out to them that there had again been no follow up and no further response from them since.
