Go in there quite regularly and the customer service is amazing! The girls that work there never fail to have a great attitude for their atmosphere and are normally very helpful and full of suggestions, but they seem overworked🙁 It’s not like the old Billy’s. The pastries are okay and the bread is good but overall definitely could use improvement. Also I think some things stay on display until sold, meaning weeks, which to me is a little gross but that’s just my opinion🤷🏼♀️

Love this place! The service is good, the baking is even better. The prices are very reasonable and cheaper when compared with other bakeries. The bagels are very good, and the selection of pastries are very varied. Definitely 100% recommended

Best bakery in CT because of specialty baking and weddings and Hungarian cookies and pumpernickel bagels and bacon egg and cheese on a large croissant. Oh yeah and the 20 different kinds of coffee to pick from and and and soup...

Girl I came all the way from NEW YORK to this bakery and omg. The prices were unbelievable to me in a good way because the quality of these baked goods.... everything is so fresh and taste amazing. The presentation is so beautiful. The staff is so caring, patient and friendly. I had no idea how to make my coffee and they happily helped me. Prices are all on display. This place is amazing.
