Pizza Mediterranean

Terrible customer service when it comes to delivery. I ordered for the first time and received my pizza shuffled/tossed upside down in the box, it was also cold and took over an hour to arrive. I tipped the delivery man and decided to try ordering from there a second time. It was the same old man so I didn’t tip him. He was upset and started yelling outside my house telling me he will not deliver to my house anymore. I’m not obligated to tip especially if I’m not sure my pizza will be arriving correctly. I will not be ordering from them again.

This was my first time placing an order at this establishment. I order a simple small Caesar salad with 6 garlic knots at noon and it took 2 hours to be delivered and my order was wrong I received a large caesar salad and which parts of the chicken was burnt and 12 garlic knots. After being told 45 min I waited and hour to call and check on my order l was asked for my phone number again and told the driver could not find my address. Again I waited an additional 45 mins before calling back to check on my order I was told that a new salad was made but it was rushed cooked and my grilled chicken was burnt overall it was a terrible experience and will never order from this place again
