The clerk taking the order was bored with her job bored with her life and had a boring face on. I just ordered a California Bowl and soft drink and for that I had to use my card 3 times. I mentioned before I ordered that I only had a half hour lunch break from Macy's and if I could get my food in time to be able to eat it and she said "oh no problem." After waiting over 15 minutes for my food that gave me what's 6 minutes to eat. Not really 6 because I still had to drive back to work. The food was cold and very unappetizing and it was wrong. I was supposed to get Spanish rice and I got white clumpy rice. I've never considered their food that great but it was a short lunch and for a quick bite I thought it would be good enough.. not even for that. Also, I noticed the bins were not fully filled the area was not fully cleaned and the little containers were not conveniently arranged. I ate a little bit of the chicken and left the rest because the dish was actually pretty disgusting looking. Wish I could give them a - 10 instead of even giving them one star.

Very bad service. We called ahead and to order but when we arrived to pick up, cashier had no idea about our order. They said " we having some issues with our computers. Can you wait 10 to 15 mint. We had to re order. No one even apologized. Staff was so rude. They messed up not only our's but other customers orders as well. Quality of food was so bad. They charged us for two fish tacos but only gave us one. When i asked cashier said " so what, i'll give you another one. " poor service.

Very tasty food. The store is clean and the workers are very polite. The downside is the parking lot. It is hard to navigate and very small. We tried to call our order in on the phone and there was no answer, however when we arrived we were told it should have worked. Their food is expensive but never disappointing

Went to this location last night an hour before closing and the manager (heavier set guy) was very unprofessional. I was next in line to order and he just walked away to work on other stuff without addressing me, he also assumed I wanted my order to-go without asking, so when my food was ready, I had to tell him I wanted to eat in the restaurant and he sort of sighed. Also, after finishing my food, I was going to walk out of the restaurant but I forgot to throw away what was left of my trash and when I turn around to do it, he was already staring at me as if he was annoyed that I didn’t clean up after myself. Also upon leaving, he did not say goodbye, but another group of people left right behind me and said goodbye to them. I am a regular at this location and its highly disappointing that someone so unprofessional is running this establishment. Won’t be coming back here again.

This is based on the manager mostly. We walked in with our toddlers and the manager was blowing up balloons right at the front counter. Naturally our children asked for a balloon politely and she says to my 4 yr old 'well if I give you one, then I'll have to give all the kids one so no' I told my 4 yr it's ok I'll get you one later. Then the manager starts putting balloons pointlessly all over the store. Who does that to a kid. Also the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned all day.
