Baskin-robbins

At least once a summer I walk down with my family at night. I always get cotton candy and birthday cake even though there's too much sugar and I get sick halfway through. The workers let me test flavors and when my sister dropped a scoop of her ice cream outside they replaced it for free! I love this Baskin Robbins and would highly recommend it. They also make good ice cream cakes for my dad.

Clean and well run establishment! Baskin-Robbins is my absolute favorite of all ice cream shops ... they have so many good flavors. Adam and Alex served us tonight and they were so friendly, attentive, and accommodating which was so crucial after a long day spent with my demanding and sick toddler who was even more demanding today due to feeling under the weather. This experience was the highlight of my day :)

Absolutely terrible. Family had planned a night out for dessert, had checked their hours before leaving home, got there a whole 20 minutes before their 'closing time' & they were already closed. At another time, the workers' attitude was horrible, seemed to be bothered by us being there & actually stared at us in a bothered way while we attempted to enjoy our ice cream. It was so uncomfortable we ended up taking the ice cream outside while it was still cold out, and they closed right behind us. DON'T GO HERE.

Custom ordered the Frame ice cream cake last week on-line for my son's birthday. Have ordered these cakes (one type or another) over many years for his birthday and always happy with them. The top had "dot misses" which an employee tried to correct. Didn't open it until the celebration at the restaurant, the sides and Frame did not look at all like the photo from which I ordered - very amateur work by the decorator and embarassing to me, guests and especially my adult son. Saving grace was the actual cake and Reeses peanut butter ice cream.

This location was horrible. The price on the signs said the bowl was 1.19, and the employees were saying the same. I asked for a plain bowl, but they charged me for a waffle bowl. They said it came with up to three scoops of ice cream, but they only gave me one scoop and charged me $3 for that scoop. In total, I was expecting to pay about $2-3 for a small cup with some ice cream in it. Instead, I got this overpriced, $5, waffle cup with barely any ice cream in it. Do not go to this location. They are misleading and overpriced. I will not be going to a Baskin Robbins ever again thanks to this horrible experience.

In 4 attempts in just 2 weeks to buy ice cream the store has been closed 3 times more than a half hour before closing times marked on the door, once was an hour. When we call they will not answer the phone or return phone calls about hours so you have no way of knowing if they will be closed when we get their. This was very disappointing to all of us but mostly the kids. and the bad thing is we were not the only ones walking up to the door on all 3 closed occasions, some folks said they did not eat dessert at the restaurant they had just left to have Baskin-Robbins. must be nice they make so much money that they cannot take care of their costumers, lie about their hours, so we drive out there, and don't care if they hurt their future business... There are other Baskin Robbins close by - will be driving there from now on....

For all the folks complaining about the early closings, some random person had changed the hours and those were not the correct hours. I go there all the time and saw these hours were wrong so I told them so they could fix it since dumbass Google allows for changing of info by anyone. Please don't listen to the idiots complaining. I'm also fairly certian I've interacted with almost everyone who works there and I've never had a bad experience. Happy eating, ice cream fans.🍦
