The white fat employee was really rude and aggressive, after I poured water and I took off my mask to start drinking she yielded at my face to cover it? I told her how I am suppose to drink! She told me that is not my problem! When you receive your order! What type of poor customer service is that?!!!!at least she could have said it in better manner 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I have gone to this Panera bread location 2 days in a row and it will most likely be the last time I ever go there. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, modified to add beef. The beef was undercooked, some spots even had red blood soaked into the inside of the sandwich. I pushed this off and took it as a potential error and gave it another shot. The next day, I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, modified to include chicken this time. Not only was the chicken pink and undercooked, it had some small spots of blood in the chicken as well. I understand that there is a sense of urgency to push meals out to hungry customers, but if you aren’t taking the safety of your own clients, you don’t deserve to be in business. Save yourself from potentially getting sick and maybe buy stuff that isn’t going to include meat, and make sure you double check your cooked meats to see if they even bothered to cook it all the way. Pathetic.

Among all other fast-food/restaurants in Mason, they have the best customer service. The staffs are very patient, friendly and are always smiling. The food is also fresh. It always gets very busy, so be prepared to stay in line for about 10 minutes. The only issue I have is that, in recent days, my order has been messed up many items. They do gladly offer to correct your order, however, it just takes a lot of time (which is not always possible). And sometimes even when the order is right, the food does look like the staffs rushed to prepare it (like the veggies and the meat outside of the sandwich and such). Except that great service and definitely worth a try.

They have the best customer service and it is my favorite place to be at on campus. Gary is by far the best manager I have ever met in the food service industry. David always smiles and has a positive attitude. I love being served by the regular workers there (Leana and Gladys) and I have never had a problem with my orders. They have high standards and the quality is always fresh :)

Ordered a turkey BLT sandwich. Brought it to my table and found out that it was a cold sandwich (there is no indication on their menu whether it is a cold or hot sandwich). Brought it back and asked to heat it up in a microwave oven. But I was told that once food leaves the counter, it can't be brought back to the food preparation area.

One of the best panera's I have been to. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They also have the tablets you can order from making it easier for people like me who order the same meal each time. The food came out quickly and I only had to wait about three minutes. The only downside is there isn't very much seating available inside of it but there is in the main area of the building.
