This was on a Monday around 2 pm, there was only one person at the front doing everything, he had to take the order, heat the food, run again to the register and process the payment. Customers were making an orderly line, which is far away from the register since you have to point out what you want, two customers just walked right in front the register and placed their order, skipping the line that I had been for over 20 minutes and the guy at the register took her order and didn't say a word, that was very disrespectful, he gave her priority knowing she even skip the line! The time he heated the pizza slice was less than a minute, when I took the first bite the pizza was cold inside not even to mention how bad they tasted. It seems that pizza was prepared in the morning and had been sitting in there all day long. The service was terrible, there were only 6 people on line and I was in 3 place, and it took 20 minutes to get my order, just to be so disappointed on how bad it tasted. I don't recommend this place it all ! They have a terrible customer service and food!

Got the pizza and visually it looked great. The problem was the pizza had very little tomato sauce, so it tasted dry. The whole thing was like bread with cheese and toppings. Definitely need a lot more tomato sauce, and missing that definitely makes the pizza worse, aside from the fact the dough was kinda bread-like. But it does look nice in the pics, that's about it. It's eatable but not the best.

Some of the food is very basic/bland and you will need to season the pasta after you receive it. At this particular location the counter near the utensils was dirty and the forks were down to 3 with an abundance of knives. My suggestion would be to keep watch/clean after customers receive their food and pay because it’s a mess over there and I understand that from behind the counter where the employers are they can’t see it...but customers do and it’s unsettling for a restaurant. Also, make sure there are utensils available. The Stromboli was good.
