10* for that mac&cheese; 8* for them cookies, sunjoy, and waffle fries. Chicken sandwiches are mediocre, maybe a 2.5, good but not the best in the market.

Employees barely spoke English so it was hard to understand what they were saying. It also doesn’t have the full menu like other stores(for example chicken strips). They put way too much ice on their drinks. And one time I ordered a 12pc nuggets but they gave me 8pc nuggets, thankfully they gave me my 12 pc nuggets when I talked to the cashier. Lines on full, however, service was very fast even with a large number

Very helpful, polite attentive staff. Food was great as usual. Its always great in Chick filet no matter what what location. They always great in my experience. Others should use them as a bench mark to have consistency all across the chain in having great food and great people as their associates. God bless them.

I’ve probably only had old food at this chick-fil-a once maybe twice. The food is always either old, tastes old, or is just not correctly prepared. The staff are very friendly though but I think it’s worth going to an off campus chick fil a to get food at this point

Keep in mind this is Chick Fil A express. You don't get the full menu compared to a regular Chick Fil A (breakfast is limited, no scramble bowls or burritos). Something tells me that this location isn't owned by the actual company since many of the employees are really great or really terrible.

Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and got a chargrilled sandwich instead. It looked like a flat chicken strip dipped in grease. It wasn't even busy when I came in. I don't understand how jennyfer (the cashier) got my order wrong. Very disappointed. I won't be ordering from here anymore. Oh, and I paid extra for that sandwich too.

The food is delicious like always and everytime when I plan to go to chick fil a at George Mason University it puts a smile on my face. But every single time when I go to that chick fil a around 9pm or 9:30pm they are always close. I check the hours before I go to chick fil a and it always says that is closes at 10pm. I hate that when I get there it's closed and I feel false hope. Please change the hours on the website so I don't waste my time walking there.
