I visited on a Wednesday evening and placed my order online for a hamburger, hot dog, and little fries. My order was ready within a few minutes after the time indicated. They could improve the service by checking to see if someone has arrived for a completed online order. I saw a staff member place a bag for pickup behind the screen, but I did not know it was mine. After I waited for a couple of minutes, I asked about my order and when they looked at the bags they saw my name matching one of the bags. Overall the staff seemed relatively attentive to people wanting to place and pickup orders and worked rather quietly and intently from what I saw. At a glance the place looked clean and maintained.
The food itself was consistent with a couple of other experiences at this location several months ago. My burger was warm, cooked properly, relatively juicy, and had crispy green peppers and cooked onions and mushrooms. The hot dog was likewise warm with the proper condiments and good taste. Fries were portioned generously (see bag picture for idea) and tasted as I remembered. I found my order to not be nearly as salty as I might fear for this kind of food.
The bill with tax and tip came to less than $30 which seems tolerable to me for this area. I could come here to get a quick burger fix satisfied and get a decent value.

20220305 I heated up the leftover fries in my air fryer and the fries turned out great! Less greasy and so crunchy!!
20220304 I returned tonight for some of their yummy fries, and decided to get a meal. I got a small fries and it is big enough for 2 people. I was only able to eat half. The employee at the register was very helpful and friendly, and he is also a hard worker because when not busy, he would clean the tables and floor. You might want to be careful what kind of shoes to wear into this restaurant because the floor can be slippery. I almost fell but luckily I grabbed the bathroom door handle.
3 years ago... My first time eating at this location. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The restrooms are clean, too. The staff is very friendly. I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger, a small Cajun fries and a regular drink. They have the older style soda machine, not the fancy "select a flavor" soda machines that some of their locations have. The food was cooked to perfection. The Cajun fries has a spicy kick to it. The burger was perfectly stacked and wrapped. I wish their credit card machine has an option to add tips. I will definitely come back to this location. Oh, and I love the peanuts!! 🥜

Worth the money, but if you’re willing to drop $18 bucks on a burger fries at a counter service place, they should give you a decent sized cup for water.

This is the best burger place in the whole world!!! I love the way the burger is made, crisp and juicy, the fries is also amazing, softness and all! Great place!! Will always come here!!!

No extra fries in bag for medium/large orders. Better locations around.
Edit: tried the location again after a long time to see if they improved. Once again the amount of fries they give you for their $5 "regular" size is pathetic. Don't waste your money here.

Used to be my go-to Five Guys. Food is still pretty good, but service has taken a tumble. In one experience alone, the cashier decided to take a phone order when it was my turn in line to order. While waiting for my food, I asked for a bag to put my condiments in and he told me to ask for one from the other counter, instead of getting it for me himself. I went to that counter and of course everyone was busy cooking.

I’ve never had bad food from here but today it was terrible. Both burgers were not good. Both had a ton of ketchup on them, ketchup was all I could taste and both were over cooked. I felt like I was eating at McDonald’s.
