Several of the employees remember what I usually order and sometimes have it ready by the time I get to the front of the line just from seeing me walk in. Seen them do this for a few other of my coworkers too. As fast paced as the world is, this kind of service proves they care. I would go out of my way if I could to give this dunkin business

Great fresh donuts all day, delicious coffee, amazing customer service. It's actually inside a ExxonMobil gas station and both businesses know exactly what I want when I walk up to the counter. That personal level of service isn't something you find anywhere. They all know my 1 year old by name and go out of their way to make her day special with a high five. She loves visiting there as much as I do, and is more than just because of the great donuts!

Bad service, terrible people in the drive thru.a lady name starts with T has gave me 3 egg and cheese wrap and all were burned and she wanted me to pay again for fresh ones.she refused to take them back or placed a new fresh order for us. And no manager was there at that time. Will never go to that location ever.

I went to this store yesterday with one coupon we received in the mail for one free donut and the guy in drive threw grape it with not so friendly face and I ask for plan one but he gave me a very bad plain brown one and it looks like from yesterday I don’t understand if they don’t want to give coupons for item away why they send it to people I will never go back again

Takes forever to get your order. They seem to never have more than one person behind the counter and they do not move with a sense of urgency.
