Enjoyed the food, not busy when we came in so everything arrived promptly. I asked to have the breakfast after midday which was kindly offered as they don’t usually do this. Friendly servers all round I recommend a visit.

We visited here after trying to get a table in Wetherspoons around lunchtime. The food was excellent (I had a large breakfast which was fantastic) and my wife had a jacket potato which was pretty large and looked great. The staff were friendly and punctual and the interior was clean and well laid out. Prices were reasonable for what you received. We would visit here again next time we're in Exmouth.

We rented the Bayleaf for a party and it was perfect. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is so welcoming, the food was gorgeous and there are 30 cocktails on the drinks menu! Really reasonably priced and such a lovely venue. Having both the inside and outside exclusively is such a unique selling point - would highly recommend!

Fantastic, just had breakfast with Santa here and what an absolute joy for children and adults and the food was utterly amazing.

Visited this lovely cafe last week ie August 2021. There is a small reception at the entrance to the cafe and also an exterior seating area across a public pathway. We were asked to select our table and chose one on the outside. A waitress was soon greeting us to take our order. On this occasion it was for coffee and cake. Both duly arrived quickly. The coffee was hot and the carrot cake just right. There was plenty if scope for some people watching. A good place to visit.

Perfect breakfast and coffees in the marquee on a wet and miserable day. Staff efficient and friendly. Sausages and bacon are really good quality and full of flavour. We will be back.

I often been to the "Bayleaf" cafe in Exmouth over the last six years since 2014, with members of my household, especially in recent weeks during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic restrictions where we mainly sat outside. The "Bayleaf" has seen a lot of refurbishment over the years I been walking past.
