I am pregnant, but wanted to help my husband out by collecting a few bags of gravel for our garden project. I spoke to a gentleman named Adam and he helped me, without hesitation, in collecting the 5 bags I needed and then even put them in the car for me! The lack of hesitation made me feel like I wasn’t being a burden, which is a big deal for me. Adam even had some funny stories to tell me whilst we walked round. Perfect customer service! Would definitely shop here again :)

Even though DIY is not an activity engage in, find visits here worthwhile as there is a decent range of quality products and the prices are competitive. Have purchased a few items from this store, even some that unable to find online and have tradespeople to fit them, so the store serves us well. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the car park is huge and enjoy visiting later in the day when the store is very quiet, so positive all round for us. Recommended to visit, even more so if you love DIY projects!
