Starbucks

I usually don’t like to post reviews when it comes to negative experiences. I try to be understanding that there is always the chance for human error, but it has happened couple of times in a row and I am really disappointed. This Starbucks is my go to every morning before work, to get my coffee fix and some breakfast. Lately, breakfast time has been a bit difficult for me due to morning sickness (baby bump), so I started to make adjustment with eating habits that can possibly make me feel better. I usually place my order about 20-25 minutes before I arrive for pick up, I think is a reasonable time for my order to be ready. I have never had an issues with any of my orders, but recently I’ve been getting my orders all wrong. Yesterday, I order a classic oatmeal with almond milk. According to the receipt my order was placed at 7:34am, when I arrived at 7:52 I was waiting for another 5 minutes. I was handed a bag with my order but when I got to work, it was plain dry oatmeal. It wasn’t cooked, there was no almond milk, there was nothing but dry oatmeal flakes. I decided to not give any complains, although I received a DIY project for an oatmeal order. I don’t know, maybe they were too busy (just me being understanding). Today, I placed my order for a Roasted ham and Swiss Cheese Croissant sandwich, according to my receipt I ordered at 7:31am. Again, I had to wait another couple of minutes extra, and once I checked my order I got a Bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I don’t want to sound like I like to make complains, but I am really disappointed that it’s been happening consistently.
