I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl. It said it on my coffee. I didn’t get to taste it because of how small the drive through is. I get home and take a sip and it’s the French vanilla flavor shot which tastes awful. I get one coffee to start my day every morning it’s the thing that starts my day and it was terrible. I’ve been to this same location multiple times and they make the same mistake over and over again. So disappointed and will never be going back.

One star review. The employees have no idea what they are doing!!! I WAITED LIKE 20 MINUTES FOR ONE DRINK, WHEN I ORDERED TWOOOOOO!!! They also got my order wrong. I asked for a chocolate donut and they gave me a chocolate croissant…. How do you mess up THAT badly?????????????

“Toasted” more like charred.. unfortunately this location has been going downhill in the last year or so and this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten food like this or just completely wrong. Unsure if it’s under new management but somethings different. So sad.. used to be my go to spot

Never get my coffee right the place looks unkept dirty the customer service is bad depending on what day you go this was my dunkin for 15 yrs a year ago is when I stopped going the service is horrible management needs to get it together

Very good with my beverages. Bur the food this time was slow. But overall this dunks is always excellent!

The workers here have no clue what they are doing. I ordered my drink and they were standing around talking and had to ask them to make my drinks 10 minutes after I ordered. While I was waiting, one worker, who just walked in to make herself some food and left, was picking her teeth right in front of me and other customers. It was so bad that I actually had to write this review.

I was not happy with the service.. half of the people don't even speak English.. I had free coffee Wednesday on the app and they did not know how to apply that to the order.. eventually after me asking for the manager I got the free coffee

THEY ARE THE WORST.
THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG . ANDOF YOU COMPLAIN THEY WOULD SHUT THE WINDOW AND STOP TALKING TO YOU. THE MANAGERS ARE TO BLAME FOR A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO TO DD AGAIN.
