Frequent customer there, since I live a couple of blocks up the street from it. I went in primarily to get cash back, went looking for health product, but they didn't have it, so I picked up a piece of gum instead. The cashier got immediately offended, and went off about how it cost the store money. Despite not knowing that I'm a frequent customer. I asked him I would buy whatever would I could buy for cash back, and he continued to rant BS. I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. It's the scum bags that sit in front of your store dealing drugs, your lack of common decency and customer service skills, as well as the smell of expired curry from your stock area that keeps you from making money.
