Jack In The Box

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because of the gentleman working at the window. He was very nice and greeted me with a smile! But I ended up having to give 1 star because I ordered 2 orders of spicy roost fries and neither of them had the spicy sauce on them and the second order barely had anything on them at all. It was very sad. Very very disappointing.

This place is constantly slow and messing up my orders. Today was the last straw because they didn’t refund the difference. I asked for a medium #7 which is a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I got to the window and it was somehow changed to a#11 which is the Homestyle chicken sandwich. 11 and 7 sound nothing alike. Also #7 is $11.49 for the combo, while #11 is $11.58. So I should’ve been refunded the 9 cents plus tax, but wasn’t. They also have a tendency to not give out receipts which is illegal. You need to be asking customers if they want them. My experience explains why receipts are necessary

I ordered 8 tacos, I discovered they gave me 4 so I drove around back through the drive through. She charged me for more. I checked my card later and they overcharged me. (they don't give receipts with the food) Also, they said their machine was old and my credit card wouldn't go through, so made me switch to debit. I better not find additional charges from their first attempt on that. There were NO other customers so I'm not sure why this was so difficult for them.

We went through the drive through and ordered 2 milkshakes. They weren't busy. We got what we ordered. Service was fast, the person at the window was polite and we could understand what he was saying . All in all, it was an uneventful trip through the drive through. Which is exactly how it should be.

I decided to give Jack-in-the-Box another try after not eating here for years due to too many bad experiences. Never again will I eat at a Jack-in-the-Box. I tried taking my burger back that was entirely incorrect. The employees refused to him replace it even though I was extremely nice about it. All I want is what I had paid for and did not get it. So I will never ever eat at a Jack-in-the-Box again
