Best customer service I've ever had at a casino. The manager and all the dealers were extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back!

Pretty relaxed place. I played for a few hours, met some nice folks, won a little money. Nothing really to write home about but it was nice.

Always great service. Chelsea was our bartender. So polite. Professional. We were indecisive about pull tabs but Chelsea was so patient. We didn't feel rushed. Our breakfast was eggs french toast and these amazing looking sausages. We all talked at the bar like a family.

I really liked and enjoyed the casino but some dealers can be rude. I remember a dealer telling her story about how she had covid and she also got mad at me when I accidentally knocked my chips over.

Nice little casino that's been around for awhile, that have no noisy slots. Tables only, if you like cards. The restaurant serves American and Asian foods. There's always a good special dish of the day, and several drinks. I enjoy coming here because it's very low key and quiet. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Got super hot on the Blackjack table last night and made a few extra bucks. Then an hour later, I'd lost a good chuck of it, but I still had a blast. It was a lot of fun and I want to try my luck again real soon. Hopefully walk out of there a millionaire or at least able to buy a new car lol.

It's worth a stop as the food is really good and prices are low. I think it's basically a card room. Friendly staff.

Disappointing!
Good management, great customer service, the food is ok! They have fine staff and most dealers are friendly! But, going to Royal Casino is like throwing money down the drain without any chance of winning. They sure know how to take your money. I visited this casino 6 times for the last 3 weeks, and I lost every time I went there. If I go to the same casino 6 times, I expect to win at least one time out of the 6. I'm a little bit frustrated, because I always walked out of there with empty handed. Sometimes, you take, sometimes, you should payout! This theory doesn't exist at Royal Casino.
Compare to other local casinos, I find this casino extremely hard to win! Always lose. So, If you wanna have fun, go there, but if you wanna go there to win, it's not gonna happen! No hard feelings! After all, this is a casino, but I will take a different route next time!
