Wendy's

Good service at the drive-thru at this Wendys. But look at the pics, the yellow wrap was my 1st burger purchase,I just want say, I tried the locally "famous" burger joint that is of the nick-name if your name were Richard. -get it?- that is a terrible burger,but in Seatlle a huge chain, that vitiates what locals consider to be good food. Obviously the little girl named Wendy is 100 times better quality than the nickname. This conjures bewilderment; what's in a nickname that draws a crowd to stand for burgers like that. Well, that thing was once only 20 cents, an it is still 19 cent quality, so Seattle, Really?!! Wendy's is the best fast food burger on the planet. The photo of umm " D--ks." Now, the photo of the hot and juicy Wendy's. Includes for 5 bucks: the basic cheese burger , 4 chicken nuggets, a medium fry amd a medium drink, all made with flavors & condiments you select $5.53 - Wow!nuff said, right? To be fare I made sure to get the least expensive sandwich at each joint. So yes straight to a Wendy's unless you hooked on D--ks!

Was in an area that did not have much choices for fast food. Was out of the strawberry salad, out of potatoes, so ended up with a burger that was good. Yet the reason for the rating is that with 2 plus years of pandemic time, Wendy's still has not figured out how to move a drive through line fast, spending 30 min in a drive through is pathetic. Wendy's maybe needs to reduce their menu like McDonald's has to ensure hot fast food. Food was just warm, not hot and I was not gonna get in the long line to complain about warm fries or a burger. If it was being made fresh as to why it takes so long, then why is the food not hot? Stopped going to the 196th Wendy's in Lynnwood close to where I live due to the ultra slow food and then once ordered, the multiple time been told they are sold out of an Item. Was doing work in the area as to why I went to this one, but same kind of experience. Sad as I have always liked their food.

**HORRIBLE** food quality. I’m served stale fries almost 9 out of 10 times. Sad customer service no greeting no concerns over customer satisfaction. Oh and the homeless people standing out side of the door is a welcoming presence. This Wendy’s needs to be put out of service. The Pandemic should have opened the eyes of who actually keeps these restaurants going but Wendy’s is a lost cause.

please hire quality and competent workers particularly 'Manager' that knows how to prioritize orders. This is fastfood not 5 star restaurant that takes 20 minutes to get the food done and mistakenly prioritize customers that are behind the orders. Basically, the workers here are lazy and too slow to process everything.
