Subway

Two employees sitting in the back, I got the attention of one of them asked for a sandwich and she instantly told me that they were closed. Ok, I asked at what time they usually close and she said at 9pm but they start putting away stuff at 8:30pm So I let her know that it`s 8:23pm ??? At that point the other employee came out from the back and told me that they were closed....... Never ever go back in that Subway again, when by the way..., all other food stores were open and serving food.

Never have I thought an experience at a Subway could be so physically cringeworthy. Employees running the store as if they are stoned beyond belief, taking their sweet time to do literally EVERYTHING they can do, no sense of urgency whatsoever or attempt to speed thing up in the slightest. Took about 20 minutes for about 6 total sandwiches to be made, and watching it be made was the most taxing and exhausting experience I've had in a while.

Not a good Subway experience. Employee #1 was on phone and took a while to notice me (customer). Employee #2 was watching TV in the back in full view of customers while they are waiting. Next, took a loooooong time to make sandwiches, not a deal breaker but not ideal either. Last, the guacamole might have been rancid, it was extremely nasty tasting and might have been sitting there a long while. Go to any other restaurant in this mall other than Subway.

Worst subway ever! Stupid employees never have the food ready always out of stuff. Saturday the special is meatball sub its 3 o clock and they are out! And they are here till 9!?! What a joke! Look at my photo 3:24 not one person up front how do they expect anyone to order it looks closed since they are all sitting in the bavk

I get that it's loud in the mall, but my complaint has everything to do with them not listening instead of noise level. I walked up to the counter and asked the guy working there for a foot long turkey and salami on Italian. He was looking me straight in the eye as I said this and then had to ask, "What bread?" I let it slide and said, "Italian." He grabbed the bread and then asked, "Six inch?" I gave a small sigh and reminded him that I wanted a footlong. He then asked what meat I wanted and, at this point, I was getting frustrated because he clearly was not paying attention in the slightest. After getting the meat situation figured out, he asked what cheese I wanted. I told him pepper jack and he nodded. After finishing putting the salami on my sandwich, he asked me what cheese I wanted again. I began to use a frustrated tone with him and he looked at me as if /I/ was the offensive one. Don't plan on going back to that location again any time soon. Or ever, really.
