Petite Sweet

I wish I had a photo of the Banana Cream Pie I had delivered from this lovely bakery to my best friend who lives in Everett. I placed the order long distance from Texas and prayed that it would get delivered on time and taste delicious. My expectations were exceeded and my friend raved about the pie. A special Thank you to Sherie for making her birthday extra special.

I have been coming here for over three years now and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the food is great. Their regular menu is well done, reasonably priced, and always served quickly without sacrificing quality and always with a smile or friendly word. I especially love their daily specials. They are rarely as simple as variations of one of their regular menu items and I have always enjoyed them. The staff is also very open to special requests. In one case, I ordered their biscuits and gravy and asked if they would swap out more of their excellent country potatoes for the biscuits. They didn't even bat an eyelash and the meal was every bit as good as I'd hoped. I highly recommend the Petite Sweet Bakery. Your stomach will definitely appreciate you visiting.

Incompetent business owner. I am the person responsible for all of the lunch and catering orders for one of the cities most reputable companies. The last time I ordered from this place, it was an absolute DISAPPOINTMENT that resulted in 2 HOUR LATE LUNCHES and me having to deliver my own food, on foot! I was treated with absolute rudeness and arrogance. I placed an order through their website. I then called to give them my credit card number. My office waited over an hour for our order. Which NEVER came. When I called to inquire, the older woman on the phone said that they never received the order. I then placed the order again, verbally, and asked how long it would take... She refused to give me an answer even though I asked repeatedly. I literally walked to the bakery myself just to cut the delivery wait time and the older woman behind the counter treated me with the worst attitude. She had never called us back to tell us our order didn't go through, she didn't apologize for the inconvenience of her malfunctioned website, she didn't even seem to care at all that our entire office had been waiting, 2 hours at this point, for our food. Instead, she was snotty, unfriendly, and didn't even bother to say thank you after I paid the $125 check. If you need to coordinate any type of large food order for your company, do NOT rely on this place. We used to place very large orders here. We never will again.
