I literally just sat in drive thru for over 30 mins to get the new big cheesy bacon burger. Paid $7 for just the sandwich. Asked for no onion tangles and basically paid for big plain burger. There was barely anything on it. Looks nothing like the menu says and was rip off. Very disappointed

Dine in is not open. Drive thru was open. On menu sign it said cash only. We ordered and the girl said cash only and it has to be EXACT!!! ???? Very odd. They don't know how to give change or what??? Strawberry frosty was good but neither one of the cups ,were full.

Got fries but no ketchup. Got nuggets but no sauce. Got chili but no crackers or spoon to eat it with. Got a drink but no straw. You really have to go out of your way to mess up an order that bad. I ordered online so I know it was all written down. 4 out of every 5 orders have been wrong at this place.

Never know if they're going to be able to operate take credit cards or what their deal is most of the time the food order is correct but not all the time

Went by there earlier in week, sign said cash. I only had card. Went by there today, sign said exact change. I only had a twenty.

I’ve ordered here 3 times in the past week. Got the chicken Asiago, and everytime the bacon has been missing, and the lettuce. If they’re out, they could at least tell the customer. Just to see if they were out of lettuce, I’ve ordered one of the cheap chicken sandwiches on the side, and sure enough.. it had lettuce… so what’s going on? Quit putting what looks like spinach on my chicken sandwich! Lol
