Food was great love their fried pickles. Wait times were a bit up there but I know with staffing right now they were killing it. Christina was our server and she was nice and took care of the one problem we had quickly. So we were happy with it all at the end.

This was my first visit to a Hooters in my 52 years of life. And it is a one and done for me.
I ordered delivery on the Hooters website. When the driver arrived to pick up my order, she was told it had already been picked up.
We never received the order. I called hooters and spoke to "Craig" the manager. He told me it wasn't his problem, I needed to call Door Dash.
I called Door Dash and they told me that since I ordered through Hooters website, and paid them directly, there was nothing they could do.
I called and spoke to "Craig" again, and told him I would be there in 10 minutes to pick up my order, that need to be remade. He told me that they were in the middle of dinner rush and I would have to wait, 30 minutes. I had already waited 1 and a half hours.
When I arrived, I stood at the front for 10 minutes, waiting for a server. They all saw me, but did not come over.
I finally walked over to the food window and gave my name, and said I was there to pick up my order. The cook told me that Door dash had already picked it up. I told him I had spoken to Craig and a new order was to be made.
The cook, then proceeds to tell me to "Shut the f*** up, and sit the f**** down and wait for the manager"
"Craig", the manager was rude, and kept telling me I would eventually get my money back.
My order was over $60.00.
And their so called dinner rush, consisted of 3 tables of people and the 6 people at the bar.
There were plenty of servers working. The other customers were complaining as well, because they were not receiving their orders correctly.
Needless to say, after 2 hours, I still did not get my food order.
When I spoke to the manager about the cook, who refused to give me his name, he just smiled and said, he would have loved to have heard that.
This place needs to close its doors. The restaurant was dirty, the floors were sticky, and the staff were absolutely horrific.

Now I'll start with, this was my first time in this establishment. That being said, the food was good. The wait time on the other hand, left a bit to be desired. No menus was a problem concerning my guests phone(it wouldn't bring up the menu on the site). UFC on the TV was nice though. Overall It was a good night, so I give it 4🌟

Customer service was EXTREMELY SLOW! ( They weren't even that busy) when the food finally got there after an hour plus, it was cold (some were partially frozen in middle) the waitress joked about what times we should have come bc the service and food would have been better. Manager did come out and talk to us and took a small portion off the bill. Overall it was just not a great experience. This was my first time going to hooters and I promise it will be my last.

Surprised this location is still open. No hosts to greet and seat you ever. If someone finally notices that you are waiting to be seated be prepared for a dirty table and food that disappoints. In fact my food wasn't fully cooked and arrived cold yet took entirely too long to receive. The service is severely lacking, the quizin is unpalatable, and the restaurant is unkempt. Corporate leadership needs to seriously consider an entirely new management team and retraining staff. This is not a one off experience, it's the only thing consistent about the place, it's consistently bad.

Excellent customer service, food was hot, the Key Lime Pie was great. They have the best fried pickles.
It got busy, but our server Garett kept up and was on her toes! Always a smile on her face and was didnt let getting busy stress her out. Job well done.

Waitress super kind she tried to be efficient that was waiting on food. Then we waited on drinks her 30 minutes. It took another 30 minutes to get our appetizer 30 minutes to get our food that we placed at the same time as we did our appetizers. And then when the food came out three out of the four or cold. We have been coming there for well over 25 years we will not be back and it wasn't because of the waitress

Terrible service. Food was at best room temperature. Called to make management aware and was told I should said something which I did and was approached by the bartender who basically said I at age 68 didn't know what a Margarita should taste like. The worst Birthday dinner I've ever had.
