Panda Express

First time eating here and it was ok. Food was good, we got the Orange Chicken with rice bowl. But it pretty much seemed liked we paid for rice with just a little bit of chicken. We could of got more options with it, but then the price just goes up and when it goes up that much, I might as well go too a Chinese buffet and get everything I want. Oh and they were out of sweet and sour sauce too lom

Went through the drive thru. Needed a minute to decide, but that clearly was going to work for the lady as she was constantly trying to rush us. Ironically, we were then told there would be a 15 minute wait on one of the items we ordered. I guess it's ok to rush us, as long as they don't have to hurry at all. Then the lady kept rudely asking us to repeat ourselves. Like it was somehow our fault that she wasn't listening. Finally got exasperated and drove off. I'm sure the food is fine, but it's not worth being treated that rudely.

I don't get it. I ordered the bigger plate and added a chicken egg roll. I was told to pull around and park as the egg roll would take a few minutes. After 5-10 minutes a lady came out and get me my order. I drove home and guess what....no egg roll! Panda Express has great food, but this is just poor service. And it's not just PE.

I generally love panda but their business since covid has been the absolute worst! I placed a carry out order which is an option online but they make you go through the drive thru to get it, that makes it not a carry out order! And with how stupid long the lines are and long the wait it there is no reason at all to go. I would 100% recommend not wasting an immense amount of time sitting in the drive through for food that I've already paid for and already way past my pick up time simply because they refuse to unlock the doors.
