I love Subway and I was looking to get some near where I was driving and came across to this one, I got good and friendly service .

This is the second time I been charged for cookies and did not get them! The girl that works there is a sweetheart and is always so friendly with me but not pleased with the other employees here. It seems that when I go at times it's busy they don't seem to pay attention to what a customer requests or wants. 10.00 is quiet a lot to spend on a six inch sub sandwich chips added cookies. Being charged extra and not having the cookies I asked for pathetic!

I tried to go back today after everything that has occurred with Covid-19. They're usually fast and courteous. There was one customer in front of me, the employee started my sandwich while the other customers sandwich was in the oven. Oven beeped and the employee finished that customers transaction. The employee exchanged words with the other employee, who noticed she needed assistance. The lady that started to make my sandwich proceeded to throw my sandwich away and go to the back with the container that was holding the chicken. Didn't acknowledge me or say she'll be back. The other employee proceeded to help the customer behind me and also didn't acknowledge me. I just left. Acknowledgement is key if you're not trying to lose customers.
