Mcdonald's

This place used to be really good but has gone downhill like a runaway train. The recent facelift is not going to compensate for failing at the most basic job of a fast food restaurant which is to produce food quickly. Recently, they have become reliably slow and sloppy (see the picture). It is now typical to take 20 minutes or longer to get food from their drive thru or with curbside pick up. Also, they are consistently producing extremely sloppy, unappetizing food with all of the sauce in one spot, with 2/3 of the sauce leaking out one side all over the container and your hands and 3/4 of the sandwich dry. This picture is their Crispy Chicken Sandwich with the actual chicken patty literally falling off one side of the bread and the mayonnaise falling out the other side. Underneath that the bun was completely bent under on one side (I should have taken a picture of that before unbending it and trying to reconstruct the sandwich). It's a total mess with half the mayo in the package.

Not that big of a deal but the drink I received was basically water. I should have asked for a new one but I thought the gal saw it and went to switch the bag. It initially came out clear but she poured it and went to get a new one. It came out nearly clear, she looked hesitant to serve it to me but she did anyways. Pretty disappointed but this Mickey dees is usually on point.

I live right behind this mcdonald's. When i first moved there i was like this is cool, i live right by everything... Including mcdonalds. It wasnt long before i realized this was the worst mcdonalds id ever been to. Literally every single time i go there they mess up my order. That crew is incapable of taking an order correctly. And i can forgive a mistake, but when u confront a manager about the issue, they are not even polite and respectful. No apology.... Nope, you get an eye roll and an attitude. On top of all of the poor service, it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee. They are the worst fast food restaurant i have EVER been to. I do not recomend spending your money there. They are a franchise. Go to the one on broadway. Its not far.....

Just about every time I have ordered food here it takes an astronomical amount of time compared to the other local McDonalds to get your order, lines are atrocious, and service sub par. To top it all off dang near every order I have placed at this location is either wrong or cold, like how are you goin to order hotcakes and not include damn syrup. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Avoid at any cost and just go the the Springfield location.

This visit, they have a young man on the order computer, who doesn't have the mental capability to understand ordering. He wanted to charge us for a value meal when all we wanted was a burger and drink. Had to call a manager over to get it straightened out. He still couldn't comprehend the difference. Get people on the register who can do the job.
