Subway

I don't like writing such negative reviews but I can't let this one slide... The Food was NOT the freshest!!! The staff seemed irritated to be there, maybe they were having a bad day? The guy at the window was friendly though. But that was about the only good thing about the trip. I couldn't even finish my sandwich as it just tasted completely off. The tomatoes had an off taste and "old" texture, the meat and cheese were the same... It was quite unpleasant. They were out of a bunch of options - meats, cheeses, etc... Highly dissatisfied. Lack of quality control like that will make someone sick at some point.... Hope they can get their stuff figured out before that happens. I should have known when the building and ordering menu was lacking upkeep/old and decrepit looking.

Pull up to drive thru. Took 3 min to be greeted, then was told it would still be a moment. Pulled up to second window while I watched the guy make the persons order behind me while not being told it would be a moment or anything. Out of cheese, out of banana peppers. Staff attitude wasn’t the best more focused on laughing with other staff than talking with customers so that makes it official I’ll just grub hub from valley river vs come down the road. Disappointed-

I know I shouldn’t expect a lot, but after I read what I want on my salad three times, you’d think they would get it right! NOPE It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make a subway salad…. GET IT TOGETHER!! Olives and pickles on a sweet onion teriyaki chicken salad? Really? I didn’t ask for hot peppers, but I got them! 😡😡😡😡😡
