Subway

Can't say enough about how great the employees and service is here. Chillson is super sweet and goes out of her way to help with orders as well. She is always friendly, remembers what we like, and makes getting our food here a great experience. Jennifer is amazing as well. Subway is lucky to have such wonderful employees.

I typically go to this subway because it's the cleaner if the two close to my home. I'm only giving it 3 starts because for whatever reason the employees they've hired really aren't good with customer service. The boy, yes I say boy because he was probably no older than 17, was honestly quite rude. He and the other employees almost seemed irritated that we were bothering them to make us a sandwich. I'm not sure if he(they) just weren't properly trained in how to greet and treat customers or if he just didn't care. Regardless, I'll continue to go to this location, but the next time I may not keep my mouth shut about the lack of good customer service skills. Try being less rude.
