Very nice. Boba is always perfect and flavored teas on the sweet side, which is exactly what I want when I splurge for it. I love the lavender and rose flavors. Jasmine is also tasty.

Staff is always great, but they need to find a solution to their apparent issue with the drive thru. Waiting 20 minutes every time because the speaker is broken/they don’t take orders ahead to lighten the line either. Will probably stay home and make my own tea, it’ll save me more time.

Wayyy better than in the mall. People are nicer and boba is better! I get the taro milk tea with coconut and regular boba.

They don't put enough boba in the tea compared to other places. The flavor was great, but there was hardly any boba in it at all. I'm used to one boba per sip, and there weren't even enough to cover the bottom of the cup in a single layer. Was kind of disappointing for the price at nearly $6 per drink.

They usually do great, but recently they messed up my order, then "fixed" it, and I didn't try it until I got home. I then learned it had no sweeter added and it tasted terrible. I couldn't go back, but returned the following day with proof of purchase and asked for a replacement. They refused and said it had to be the same day, right after ordering. So make sure you try you always drink BEFORE driving away.

This place is so up and down. I think it depends on the day and employees working, but lately service has been so slow and the customer service got worse. One thing I can’t stand is when they close the drive through window on you. I think it’s so rude as most drive through employees will keep the window open and talk to you for good customer service. There’s always new girls there and they seem to mess around and don’t seem to care about their job.

Decent boba and lots of flavors and options. Not five stars because the boba is hit or miss, usually great though. Friendly staff. Love that it’s a drive through.
