Hardee's

Ordered a plain hamburger with mustard. Patty was about the size of a sausage patty and was so tough and dried up it was inedible. Edges of burger were HARD. It was only $2 and they offered to replace or refund, which I refused. I had purchased it take to my hub in the nursing home. No excuse for letting something like that leave the restaurant. Period. If you eat there, check your food before you drive away.

Paid for two biscuits, got one. She tried to make it right, but both options involved me driving back to the store, which is just a waste of gas that'd be more expensive than the biscuit I didn't get. That is just this time. Last time I went they gave me the wrong burger, but I let bygones be bygones and didn't say anything. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Right now I have no plans to go back in the near future.

Etowah Hardee's does an amazing job usually everytime we eat there. This past week things didn't start out so great, it seem chaos was starting to get them mixed up on the orders. But no, the friendly, kind workers stayed calm and respectful to the needs ofa very picky 😉 customer and especially Miss Brenda she kept a smile on her face the whole time go to and from my car to get my order exactly right b4 I left. I commend Brenda for her excellent effects because of her and all the smiles that afternoon this sad alone Lady got to enjoy her burger her way and not be more upset 😢 that no didn't care Thank you so much. You just don't know going that little extra just might matter more than a burger. And those smiles meant the world to me. Keep it up Etowah Hardee's especially Brenda 👍 I'd give ya'll 10 stars. I'll recommend Etowah Hardee's over any burger place in all near counties area.
