Shanghai

The food is always amazing. I almost always get the same dish but today wanted to try something new. I recommend the happy family, lemon chicken, chicken dried rice, anything with shrimp and of course egg drop soup. I always leave a happy customer. Ps try the jasmine tea ... thank you Shanghai for the awesome experience.

Ordered food tonight, extremely disappointed. My cashew chicken was burnt, my sweet and sour chicken had very little sauce and was mostly vegetables, my chicken chow mien had no noodles ..... when I called back they said it is crunchy noodles instead which they did not give me. My egg rolls were burnt and they did not ask what kind of rice or side I wanted. I would not recommend the price we paid was 60 bucks for these meal because they added a 15% gratuity on the order for wait staff which their was only one of. Was not informed of this change on time of order and was told this gratuity is going to be added to all orders no matter how small. Definitely not worth sixetybucks and I am curry on my way to get something else for dinner as I feed my order to the dogs 🙄😭

Before this pandemic, this place was subpar.There restaurant really needed a renovation but at that time there food was warm and the dishes we ate we're Hot. we just tried to order last night again in a Long time. Just for a soup, noodles and chicken. But After 1hr of trying to reach them since 5:30pm it was dead. We stopped in front of the restaurant and there were only 2 customers. One inside and the other wating out the door. We waited an additional 15 calling and wating, before we left for another Next door opinion!!$. Get your management together Shanghai because your food is good but your service is so slow!!!!!!!!!

Took the family to Shanhai for dinner. No buffet so had to order off the menu. Service was very slow even tho the place was not so busy. Value of food for cost was a bit on the high side and to top it off since we were a party of more than 6 persons our bill included an 18% gratuity. For Chinese food it should have been easily digested but I personally felt like I had a brick in my stomach when I woke up the next day that took the majority of the day to dissipate. Also found out several of our party also got sick from the food. Would suggest to pass on this place. If I could would give zero stars.
