Subway

Food is good, quality of veggies is good, but somehow it always seems understaffed!! Its a great location for it....same shopping center as the theaters and other great stores but it's always dirty!! The dining area as well as the back were they prep the food. I dont think its the employees fault but rather management who doesnt train them properly to have a high standard for a restaurant. Hope they can improve!!!!

Was there recently and served by a great employee, I believe Riley was her name. Friendly, great customer service and seemed to care about the sandwich she was making for me. Five stars for her! Problem was, someone was vaping in the back room/office. The only other person there was apparently the manager. So I’m torn between reporting this to the Board of Health or not. Post your opinion if you read the review.

First time going to this subway, seemed fine, man held the door open for me. When I start to order I keep finding that I have to repeat myself many times then I realize that, with the pace the employee was moving and his body language, I could tell he was stoned out of his mind. He completes my entire sandwich very sloppy. Struggles to ring me up at the cash register with multiple pauses in his speech then, as the card reader fails to light up, he gives a confused look and says oh we only accept cash. This employee wasted a huge amount of time walking me down the entire line and then telling me they only accept cash, which I did not have on me. then said their was no crash kit available, which every store should have via California policy. Plus would not comp my meal when he messed up in this way. This was a very unprofessional experience and subway needs to look into their employees, this was unacceptable as a reputable chain.

I love subway and there sandwiches but the price always kills me. the amount they make you spend on a foot long is now usually 11$ from there 6$ days. Maybe the increase in price was necessary but as a college student I can longer go here all the time like I used too. Again though if you are just looking for a great place to get a sandwich this is the place.
