Subway

Best subway in erie hands down! Staff is always helpful and friendly and the food is always high quality. One night i ordered through the app and in the order instructions i asked for my order to be made with love and i swear my sub was the best sub i have ever had, plus they gave me a free cookie with “much love” written on the bag. Cutest and sweetest experience i have had at a restaurant. Thank you for making my night!!

Worst experience at this subway. My boyfriend and I stopped to grab food, there was 2 girls working Jossey and Vanne. They were highly rude the whole time we were ordering our subs. I first asked of a little taste of the tuna, because I’ve never had it from there and she looked at me like I was stupid. Then we’re were putting veggies on our sub and my boyfriend said lettuce and honey muster and she put lettuce, onion, and honey muster. She was very rude when we asked her to take it off. Third thing she is at the register ringing us up, after she’s been rude to vanne the whole time and bossing her around, she answers the one and said “subway, hold” and slammed the phone down. She proceeds to not even tell us our total and goes on how she has worked 8 hours already today and that she needs to go home and then says put you’re card in...she was rude the whole time and we will not be going back if she is working. This girl needs to find a job!!

Asked 4 times for dressing and when I got home I still didnt have any dressing. Had to waste time and gas to go back and they didn't even compensate for their mistake. The bread was stale. And the sub looked like it was just thrown together. I love subway. But this particular one is horrible. Wont be returning.
