Mcdonald's

They changed the play place hours to 9am-7pm, I didn't know the hours changed until we got there. My kids started playing in the play place at 655pm we were asked to leave the play area, I asked the manager why the hours were changed and was told "due to cleaning". We left McDonald's at 740pm and absolutely no cleaning had been done, which meant that my kids could have used that time to play. I also ordered cheese and on my crispy chicken sandwich, there was no cheese only 2 pickles, the bacon was burnt and was only one small slice, and the chicken patty was half burnt. When I went to ask an employee for cheese for my sandwich, several employees were just standing around on their phone.

The young gentleman taking our order was VERY rude and impatient. When at window to pay. We asked if got the one order (because it was the only one not read back to us) big mistake. The attitude we got was unreal. So a pick up window. We let the young girl know. She apologized and said they get told that about him often... So my question is this... WHY IS HE STILL THERE of so many complaints about him have come through???

Went today to order my food. The cashier (drive thru) had messed up my order and said just come on up and I will give you your total. I get to the window and the person was getting my 2 large sweet teas with ice. I proceeded to say no ice in them And he says it doesn't say no ice so your getting these. I said no I'm not I can't drink them. He proceeded to tell me well it is too late. I said no it isn't I just need 2 sweet teas with no ice. Anyways Long story made shorter another employee came over and fixed my order. Awful customer service today. I get that mistakes happen and I always try to work them out but this guy was very rude. P.s. I order from here atleast 3 to 4 times a week.

McDonald’s has became more about making money, and less about customer satisfaction and customer service. It’s impossible at ANY McDonald’s to be given enough time at a drive through in the country to even ask for a packet of ketchup. They hand the bag to you and close the window. 90 % of the time, a person can’t even get the total coat of their order until they’re at the window, waiting to pay.
