Ihop

I have eaten at IHOP many times. I even used to work at a different one so I'm familiar with how the food should look and taste. The food was phenomenal! I got an omelette and it was picture perfect and tasted just as good. The rest of my parties' food was also well cooked. Our server was efficient and friendly. The visit was very enjoyable from start to finish.

We had an overall good experience here. Let me start by saying the staff was incredible! Super nice and attentive. I ordered crepes which came out great. The reason they are getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the hash browns. They tasted like plastic, seriously didn't taste like potatoes. Other then that weird issue everything else was great.

IHOP is a reliable place to stop for breakfast food any time of day in any state. The food was tasty and well priced. The staff were decent. There appeared to only be two people working the front of the restaurant but together they managed to take care of all the tasks and patrons. I recommend stopping for breakfast.

The food was delicious! This place was absolutely packed when we were here and sometimes that can effect the service you receive due to a busy staff but that was NOT the case here. We had a great waitress and we didn't have to wait long to get our food. There was a short wait time to be seated but it was worth it.

Our visit was 5/23 around 7pm. The staff on shift during my visit were racist or at least it seemed that way. They appeared to be annoyed that my husband and I stopped in for dinner. We ordered an appetizer, which should have arrived before our entrees. However, the appetizer and our entrees were set down all at once. The server did not check on us once during our meal. Our order was taken and then delivered, then the check came. We were never asked how anything was or if we needed anything. My food was cold. My drink sat empty for a bit until the manager came over to refill it, she brought me the wrong drink. I tried talking to her about my food being cold, she ignored me and walked away. The table behind us had one other person of color and their server spilled milk on them and proceeded to laugh. Every other table received excellent customer service by the servers and manager. Those tables were all Caucasian including the staff, besides me and one other guest. The restaurant was not busy, we were one of 4-5 tables for a bit so our food should not have been cold. Each time an employee walked by our table I was stared at like I was some sort of undiscovered animal species. We should have just left, but we were really hungry and just wanted to eat. This will be our last visit to this location.
