Cicis Pizza

Kudos to this place for the PRICE and the quality of food and service they maintain. For $5.99 per person buffet price you get variety of pizza, desserts, and salad bar. This is incredible kind of deal. They also seem to strive best to maintain cleanliness and prompt refill of pizzas. Staff is friendly and seating is ample. Only thing could be that the pizza may not taste as great as available at pizza hut or other chains...but i guess you are paying a lot less money than outside. Definitely worth a try at least once.

0 stars for the cleanliness. I was with a friend who was paying or I would have left. Not a decent place clean to sit and eat. That is of course if you care about sanitary eating conditions. All the pizza flavors were bland, fountain pop watery. Gross just gross. Ate as little as possible. Never went back and I highly doubt I will be.

We first tried Cicis in Florida and really enjoyed it so we were glad to find one "closer" to home. I live in Canada so it's still a 4-hour drive from me but we visit Erie, Pa quite frequently and stop by this location on every trip. First off, you can't beat the price which is why you need to align your expectations with the other clientele you'll be dining with. People need to understand that it's a buffet, not a race. There's no need to take two or three whole pizzas back to your table for your family. Leave some for the rest of us so that we're not waiting. Also, the amount of food wasted is shocking. With that said, it's the staff at this location that really make a difference. Everyone from the front-line to the Manager is super friendly, attentive, and quick. My whole family enjoys the food and we've never had any issues. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Pros: There is however a large variety of pizza and it is cheap to eat here. Except the drinks are expensive. And the variety of pizza is not available all at once. They rotates about 5 different kinds of pizza at a time. Taste of the pizza is decent. Not great. Cons: Awful atmosphere. Smells gross, cold, not very clean. The place looks and smells like a dump. Some of the pizza was not warm/fresh. The staff were not wearing gloves behind the counter. Staff was VERY SLOW picking up the dirty plates and cleaning messes. The lady working the cash register was clueless; not very informative.

Good price as long as you get water. Drinks are expensive. Not very clean, employees were dropping plates everywhere and sweeping next to where we were eating. Also, if u want a pizza u must request it to be on the buffet and it will in a few minutes. The salad lettuce was kinda brown too. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese pizza.
