Ladies working were courteous & helpful. They offered advice on what to order and what was popular since it was our first time visiting. I ordered the peanut butter chocolate blended drink 20oz and my partner ordered a hot caramel latte 16 Oz. Both were good. Not a bad stop before hitting Mt. Rainier National park.

Usually when I go here, it's been okay. But today really set me off. I'm not a picky person, and I don't believe in bashing businesses because I understand everyone is trying to make a living, but when I went there today there was 3 girls in there, one of them was blocking the window counting the till so I couldn't even speak to get my order, and she didn't ask me to pull around to the other side or else I would of, it took them about 3 minutes to ask me what I wanted and didn't even wait for me to order my second drink, I had to shout out my order and one of the girls just stared at me so I assumed that maybe she didn't want to make that drink for me? and then at the end they finally asked what size I wanted my second drink and it wasn't even what I asked for and we paid $11.25 for two drinks. I'm very upset because all I ask for is good genuine customer service. I'm helping you, you're helping me, be nice.

New ownership , Effective June 1, 2020. She is unfriendly, raised the price $1.25 a cup!!! Always expect an increase with new owners. But this increase is pure GREED. She also got rid of the previous staff. The sweet girls, that did an amazing job and brought charm. Enumclaw is a close knit town, dont wrong our people! Hopefully she will fail.

I won a gift card to go here so we thought we'd try it out. Was actually excited after reading all the reviews. Well after waiting 10 minutes we were severely disappointed. They had no bakery items at all. The barista said she came into it being empty. She spent the entire time with the other vehicle in the drive through we had to flag her down to even get her to take our order. My caramel drink had about an inch of caramel at the bottom. Im sure if you're a regular I'm sure it's good service but not worth a one time visit unless it's not a busy day.

Love the coffee vault. What made this place for me is the owner Tony. Hes a caring person and helped me with donation baskets for my fundraiser in May. I was involved in a head on collision back in Dec. 2016. Tony and his generosity to my situation will never be forgotten. He also employs people who also care for his customers. Oh and let's not forget the delicious coffee. Thanks for everything my friend.

Grossed out! My drink had tons of large white flakes from obviously old almond milk. Really want to drive back up there and show them... how could they not see that it was full of flakes!? Careless barista! Never have had this happen with any of the other coffee stands and I get coffee daily in Enumclaw.
