Worst experience ever... Ivl been going to this place for years and today was horrible. I ordered food and drinks but the caramel iced coffee they out in as a frappe. My order was never put on the screen and was never repeated back to me. I told them the coffee was wrong and the person argued with me about what I ordered for a good 5 mins. I finally got the iced coffee but no caramel. The burgers in the kids meal were luke warm and the all the fries were dark and dry like they had been sitting there for a good minute and then dropped back in the grease to warm them up. I wasted my money going there. I was told that there are plenty of other restaurants to go to so why complain about it just go somewhere else cuz they don't get orders wrong and all their food is made to order. I give this store a -10.

ZERO STARS! Absolutely terrible customer service! I watched as 2 separate employees lied to their manager to get free food for a friend. When asked if the friend had a receipt, they all 3 said that his mother was in drive thru and they realized the food was missing, so she sent him back quickly without one. The employees lied to their manager to get their friend free food. Which they prepared and gave to him promptly, while I who actually paid and others, continued to wait. When I brought this up to the staff, they proceeded to get loud and defensive when called out on lying and basically stealing.

Even the mighty mcd can be a victim of poor employees. Drive thru was moving order 2 mac and a pie paid asked to pull up for 3 min on the pie. 15 mins later go in pies not done and eanted to hand me food sitting all that time? No thanks. You can and should do better. The "managers" on the shift seem unconcerned.

The worse McDonalds I have been to. Managers are horrible. I got breakfast from here line was long so I did curbside pickup, which took way too long. Didn’t complain because the drove thru line was long. I order two breakfast sandwiches with no meat because I don’t eat pork. Got my food and they both had sausage. I went inside for them to fix it. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Then waited more then 5 minutes and I finally asked for a refund on my order. The manager I was speaking to told me another manager would have to do it. Then that manager came and basically wasted my time. I will not be back at this location. Y’all need new mangers who will help their customers.
