The manager of this branch needs to know the employees at this location require customer service training. If the manager was working this day, then the GM needs to come in.
The teens/young adults here had quite an attitude for simple requests. They were not announcing the drinks that were ready at the counter. I realized this After waiting for 10 minutes at my seat. I approached the drink counter behind a woman grabbing her items. I saw the iced water on the counter and asked the employee if it was part of her order.
The response was goofy “I don’t know, if it’s not hers it’s not mine, if you didn’t order it you can have it if you want.” I responded that I ordered ice water, and that’s why I was asking.
Cue awkward moment. I took the water and walked away. After that, they announced 1 name of a customer that ordered, then went back to silence even during a rush.
I needed to use the restroom before I left. I walked over to the door and noticed there was a keypad so I headed to the counter. Two girls chatted as they mingled around orders. I stood there trying to catch their eye. They ignored me so I said excuse me. No response, so I spoke louder “Hi, excuse me.”
They both looked at me, one walked away and the other rolled her eyes and said “we’ll get to you in a moment.” Then turned her back.
The other person behind the counter turned so I told him, “I just need the bathroom code. “ after which, he told me kindly.
I’ve worked retail growing up. I’ve been a teenager. I know some customers are frustrating to engage with. This is why I always approach service employees with respect. In return, I was given attitude, snarkiness, and flippant behavior.
This is not the way to treat people. It was also bad customer service and enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth and lead me to find a different Starbucks to attend.

Friendly staff, clean place, usual long waits, limited parking, drive through line blocks parking during peak hrs. Others"take" your order 🧐 because their system separates the orders and you have to hunt down yours instead of keeping it together. Staff made me feel at fault 😡 and wasted my time going to "check" if I was idiot enough to not check for my order 1st before requesting a refund (I couldnt wait anymore, i was late for work, and 18min wait after the estimated pick up time was more than enough). Then staff proceeded to yell across the room if I needed the order remade. I reacted badly (don't mess with me before breakfast and coffee). I was soo late for work, it's NOT even funny 🤬. Got a courtesy $4 card as if this will pay for my time. It didn't right to use it somewhere else, so I gave it away 😮💨. It irritated me to have taken it since I dont feel like coming back here (yey! for them, I guess). It's not the first time it's happened to me at this stablishment (getting out after a long wait without my order). I might just give up getting my am Starbucks coffee at this location for good and make my coffee home before coming in to work. Im a regular customer since they opened, but I guess not that appreciated. It'll be less stressing and it'll save time. What a bummer!! This experience took the joy out of my coffee for the rest of the day 😮💨 (no, I didn't go back later, I said I wouldn't. I made my coffee at work 🥳). Thanks for reading. Hope it's helpful.

Just visited this location 1 hour ago. The sugar plum cheese danish was great! It tasted almost as good as homemade. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy my frappuccino as there was hair in it. I choked on a long brown straight hair. I tried to convince myself it was mine, but there's no way. My hair's black and extremely curly. I looked into the bottom of my cup, and found 2 more hairs mixed in. These were beneath the whipped cream and caramel, so I'm sure the contamination occurred in the shop. I threw the drink away, of course. While the danish was awesome, and I'll be seeking them out for as long as they're in season, I definitely won't be returning to this location.

I ordered a dark roast, which was lukewarm and a peppermint mocha which took almost 15 minutes. Honestly, it seems like they don’t want walk-in customers.

They're always so on it- my fav location- just dont get stuck in the parking lot and remember to enter from the left side near vons if using the drivethru!
