Pizza Hut

Driver forgot my 2 salads, then proceeded to argue with me about giving me my cash back for them. Told me he could go back and get them, or I could credit my account. Being it almost 8pm and I dont have a account to just give me my $9.00 back. He finally did, but it was a fight the whole way. Now on to the pizza, order ed a pan pizza, dough was undercooked, cheese was barley melted. The pizza I used to get at my elementary school cafeteria had more flavor and appeal.the quality of pizza hut has been steadily declining in recent years, but that was the final straw. bad customer service and terrible food. I wont be ordering again.

I placed my order at 7:11 pm online. It said my order would be between 60-75 minutes. At 7:54 I received a notification that my food was on the way. By 8:45, I still had not received my order. I called up to the store 6 times and never got through to a live person, so I drove up there (a 15 minute drive). When I got up there, they said it showed it was delivered, but obviously it wasn’t because for 1, I wouldn’t have drove up there, and for 2, I never received a notification that it was delivered. She refunded MOST of my money, but didn’t refund the $10 tip for the driver that never delivered my food!!!!! If I could give a 0 rating, I would!!!
