Dunkin'

I was sitting and having my coffee and donuts and after observing the service to customers. I lost my appetite threw away my food and walked out and will never go back there again. The person was serving food with same gloves that he was handling money. Then later on he went to open the bathroom for customer with the key that is handle by many many other people. Never changed gloves and continued to serve food with same gloves. That gloves must have so many nasty germs I am never back going there again. Please watch how you are being served. You have every right to complain After all it’s your health.

Firstly I buy @ this dunken donuts (mobile order)Mon-Friday, today was by far the worst day ever. I ordered my iced latte and grilled cheese sandwich while walking to the store this gives them enough time to make and put out by the time I get there. Walk into the store today there’s about 10 people in there waiting nothing on the pick up rack it’s empty. After 10 mins they put my latte, after another 10 mins I see a box with no tag order # etc so don’t know if it’s my order ask the lady who’s doing sandwich she’s doesn’t know she leaves and walk back to her station while there a guy gave the cashier his receipt because he been there way before she starts laughing and giving the guy his stuff that’s been just waiting around in the back like it’s a joke. How dare u laugh at making a custom wait 1/2 hr or more for an order. He I start asking about my grill cheese the manager lady comes over quickly and says it’s mine. Y couldn’t the lady just ask hey didn’t someone have a grill cheese pick up order instead of just leaving it there after I waited 1/2 with no tag or order number?? Do better that’s not the way to treat customers. And it’s not funny too laugh when they been waiting long, try saying u are sorry the order was late but don’t freaking laugh because it’s not funny!!!

Donuts were STALE. I purchased 18 donuts for my New Years Eve gathering. I gave my nonverbal autistic son 4 of the donuts to try. He bit them n threw them away. Since they were donuts he hadn't tried before I figured he just didn't like them. We usually eat healthy so I figured we'd end the year with a dessert feast. It wasn't until 11:30 pm when I opened the dozen glazed donuts and tried one that I realized they were STALE. I even try to warm one n it didn't help. I called my sister who had taken 2 donuts home with her and confirmed her donuts were also STALE. How can you have on display a full tray of STALE donuts? I returned what was left. Unfortunately, the first set of replacement donuts also appeared stale. The second set look better. The manager's response elevated the rating to a 1. He was apologetic, and accommodating, but the product does not match the standards of other Dunkin Donuts I have patronized. I don't plan on using this DD again.

Not only can they move quite slow at times.This Dunkin gives the option for curbside but they NEVER bring your stuff out! 4th time without fail. I eventually have to go in because it's not coming out. The stupidity is that they can turn off the curbside if they need to and say that it's not available at this time. I know this because I've experienced it at other locations that have drive-thru and/or curbside options. The part that really let's you know that they really just DGAF is that the top line of the sticker that they put on your order literally says CURBSIDE if you place a curbside order.
