I use the order coffee in the morning. When traffic is heavy for most Starbucks. Cuz they offered the app to order ahead. And make life much easier. It would be nice if Starbucks will pick coffee that the employees like to see if the consumer would like it to.

I was having a rough day and had a mistake with my order and the girl at the window was absolutely awesome and made my day, I didn’t catch her name but she had dark curly hair and was working evening shift. Give her a raise!

I cannot express my satisfaction with this Starbucks enough. I ordered a mobile order and after arriving at the Starbucks did not realize I went to the wrong one. The barista immediately got to the bottom of why my order was not ready. No questions asked she immediately remade my order for me and was one of the kindest humans I've ever met. I wish I would have gotten her name to thank her properly. Highly recommend this Starbucks whose staff was friendly and seemed to really enjoy their job!

Trying to get a refund
Ordered online for store pick up. When I got there the store was closed but handing out pick up order at the drive through
Line was ridiculously long due to people picking up orders and others ordering.
If the app would have said drive through pick up only I wouldn’t have ordered, but it didn’t. It gave the option to pick up at store.
Who can I contact for a refund?

Was able to speak to someone at the store and they were very helpful.

Each time I have stopped in, they have made the food or drink item exactly as I ordered. The drive through is always moving at a good pace. Appreciate everyone who works hard to keep me caffeinated.

Typical Starbucks .. hard to get to if you're on the opposite side. You have to know where you're entering. I recommend turning into the Jimmy John entrance than looping around the parking lot it's usually packed so be careful when you're driving in. You can use your Starbucks app too
