Mariano's

Today was my 48th birthday. It was pretty disappointing up til the point of when Josh assistant store manager stepped in and made my day. The impact of a kind gesture from a stranger truly made my day. I'm an over the road trucker and have had quite a challenging day. With scheduling, long meetings with no food, and a few other disappointments. All I wanted was at least a decent meal for my birthday. I chose a prime rib option that was pre-cooked but cold. So I asked the lady in the deli section if it could be placed on the grill to warm up to eat. She asked her manager Josh. He showed up and explained the food safety handling policies with temps and how he would have to get it up to temp for that specific meat. Which would then have that pre-cooked portion overcooked. I was sadly disappointed and explained how I just wanted something good to come of this day, and I hoped it would at least be dinner. He said hold on a minute. Went and grabbed a raw steak, asked how I like it, and cooked it according to temp. Needless to say, I was very pleased and thankful. It didn't matter that the steak was a few dollars more. The customer service was worth a million bucks. Thank you, Marianos, Kroger, and Josh, for making my day enjoyable. You have a new customer.

First time going to this Mariano’s, and it’s really nice looking on the outside and the inside, very huge variety of food and drinks, really organized, good amount of hot food ready and a nice salad bar and it also has a Starbucks inside, a lot of aisles to navigate and find what you’re going to need I will definitely be back to explore every single aisle
