I understand they were busy … but they wouldn’t even grill my boyfriends sub because it’s “ too time consuming” meanwhile nobody else had a problem. It takes 20 seconds to grill a sub. They need to take a deep breath , and slow down. There was 3 people working and maybe 5 people in the store ordering

They were in such a rush they couldnt take an extra 12 seconds to grill my sub when it wasnt even in the bag yet.

I went for every topping available on the veggie delight🤔. This was a good sandwich😋, and as hilarious as I thought it was for me to get all of the toppings, I think they worked together👍. Very clean and good service at this Subway👌. Really impressive😍.

I Love the Chicken Bacon Salads there , sooo good :D and the Spicy Italian Potato Buns are sooo yummy perfect for light lunch :D And you got a pair it with those Delicious Cookies :D

To be honest and unbiased, Subway is not my first choice for a quick meal. I Don't even visit a Subway outside of Elliot Lake. As such, the Elliot Lake location is clean and well maintained. The owners are quite friendly and work alongside the employees. I am always impressed by the level of sanitation I witness here. It is a very busy location and loyal customers should speak volumes about an establishment. I am a big fan of open counter food preparation. This is a factor in my 4 star rating. As I stated, Subway is not my go to place for a meal and would have received 5 stars if it were.

I know mistakes happen in the food industry, like making a sub wrong.. it happens! But when a disappointed customer calls to notify you about it, you don’t call the customer a liar and said you didn’t make a mistake! Elliot Lake subway has horrible service and the guy running it is very ignorant and rude person! Don’t recommend this store at all!

They put lots of hot peppers and hot sauce and I didn't even have to ask. The guy did, however, try to put the cheese on all wonky but I got him to fix it. Overall I love Subway.
