Culver's

While the food from this Culver’s is always delicious their order accuracy is not. Every time we use the drive thru, items are either missing or incorrect. If I’m picking up the food, I will check it before I leave the parking lot and go back through the long drive thru line to exchange my order. I really don’t think I should have to do this. My husband doesn’t and on 2/15 we again did not get the order we requested as shown on the pictured receipt. Pretzel bites and onion rings were missing along with a Cole slaw, items for which we paid an additional cost. I contacted the management via email and have not received a response.

I have visited this Culver's at least 50 times since they've opened. Today I ordered take out of a chicken strip basket and a cheeseburger. I have never had anything not taste good at Culver's. It's the only fast food drive up I'll go for a hamburger or fish sandwich. Staff is always friendly. Everything is clean. Danny opened the door twice for me and took my order. I have to thank management for all they do because it's not easy.

Generally love Culver's and the food here was as expected. Issue was customer service was not typical and not good. First off the drink area was a disaster, then when associate brought out food I thank him and got a "yup". Third was we where missing a small mixer shake thing. On our way out I stopped at the counter. Three of the food runners, including the one who dropped off our food, where standing around. Keep in mind there where dirty tables, spills on the carpet, and drink area still a disaster. I stood there about 30 seconds then they turned there backs to me and kept talking. Finally another cashier came over and I told her what happened. Yes, it was sitting there and instead of a fresh non melted dessert she gave me the old one. Right in the trash on my way out. As with any business it's all on the managers and employees to make the difference. The Culver's in Cambridge is always 5 stars and you always see a manager person helping and watching, makes the difference. This location never saw anyone outside the teenagers.
