Wingstop

Don't do it bruh. I've given the new owner 2 tries and they struck out both times. This time being the worst. I wasn't worried that a wing was missing, but 3 of the Wings looked weird. Of the regular-looking wings, some had a horrible after taste. As for the rest of my order, The Voodoo Fries did not have any of the Louisiana Rub and only tasted like the cheese. The Seasoned Fries weren't seasoned. Yea, unfortunately that's for sure the last time, I'd rather drive out of my way to get it from somewhere else at this point.

I like the fries. They have a unique seasoned flavor that's very good, although the amount of it can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes they put the right amount. Other times there appears to be no seasoning. I'm not a fan of the wings. My rating is for the overall food quality, even the wings (although I don't like them), and the helpful and friendly staff. The reason I don't give this location 5-stars is the wait time. I don't understand why a regular fry order (no wings, no drink) takes 20-25 minutes. I understand 10-15 minutes. But 20-25? Update: 3/9/22 - I guess the time of day determines how long it will take. Case in point, I bought fries at 3:30 pm and it took 8 minutes. So I'm bumping up my score to 5 star.

Very sad to say this is our last time going to this Wingstop and we will be encouraging everyone we know NOT to come to this specific location. The last 3 times have been horrible experiences. 1. They tell you it’s always a 20 min wait when we have to wait 45+ minutes. While waiting we even notice they never change up this time even though we see in store there will be a way longer wait. 2. They have messed up every one of our orders! Whether them forgetting a meal completely from the bag, a ranch or two, it’s always something. 3. Customer service isn’t the greatest. It’s clear they can care less even when we point out something is missing. No apologies or care. Today we went in and specifically told the staff the last couple times we’ve been here have been bad experiences due to missing food and excessive wait times. The staff member said the wings were all in one carton. Got home and a whole order of wings were missing! Asked for a manager and they were hesitant to give us any info. No apology. No compt meal or anything to try to make this right and us having to go back and forth twice just to get the dinner we purchased! And get this - even after going back, the meal was STILL wrong! Honestly shameful. Do not come here! The supposed “supervisor” Aaron did not help at all and was one of the staff who didn’t care to help us one bit. No sympathy, understanding or apology after expressive frustrations over these last few visits. DO NOT COME TO THIS WING STOP!!! Thought the new management would be better but we were very wrong sadly. We love Wing Stop and will have to drive extra far to get great service (EG FLORIN LOCATION).

I called in my order 30-40 mins in advance and they still didn’t have my order ready. They gave my order to another person, who already opened my food and ate from it. My husband called in and they said it was done, which was a lie. After an hour, they tried to give me food someone already put their hands in and ripped the bag open. No one was wearing gloves, wearing mask improperly, touching cans without cleaning their hands, and the lady literally tried to give me food that has been tampered with by another customer instead of making me a new order. I been there long enough for them to apologize and remake the order due to an error on their behalf. I would of been understanding if they just admitted to the mistake and not try to pass it off like it was done when I was waiting there for 45-1 hour.

I don't know what's wrong with the other people's orders, or whether the place is simply under new management, but I love this place. Compared to the othet Wingstops I've been at so far, this one has much less grease, more seasoning, and quicker service than any other. The seasoned fries in particular are amazing. The lemon pepper dry rub for the wings is the best option here in my opinion.

They did not bring me my full order and would not refund me for the missing items. They tried to do some voucher item that is not a promo code but rather just your name in a book.. They were incredibly unhelpful. The food was fine, but the place itself was disappointing. I hope they improve but will not be ordering again from this location anytime soon.
