Kfc

Dealt with some really lovely staff at Elizabeth KFC tonight. Had a very helpful young girl, go out of her way to help me with my order. Then when I asked if I could change my order, all the front staff, and the manager displayed a very flexible/friendly attitude. I couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks.

Food quality was amazing. No coleslaws in stock due to demands of food etc during Covid. The manager was awesome offered extra chips. My reply was could we please have some drinks instead. So he went to the fridge and gave us x2 1.25L drinks. Upon getting home he had already given us an extra chips too. Whilst standing waiting for him to place the drinks in a bag I was admiring how he was helping a younger KFC member with an order he was attempting to pack whilst assisting him at the same time. It's always great to have good customer service and watch great mentors. Thanks.

20 min wait for an online order. 3 orders on the board. Screen was cleared and my order was forgotten. Those who rocked up 'after' I had ordered, ordered things like buckets etc. They got theirs in 5-10 mins. Horrible experience. Better off travelling to Munno Para or Playford for a better experience where the service is a part of the experience.

Spent over $70 We ordered a giant feast and 2x 6 hot and crispy 12 all up Our order was delivered and 8 out of the 15 chicken were small wings bite size chicken (children got to the food before the picture 😂) and 6 hot and crispy missing we swapped out coleslaw for chips but still received coleslaw instead of extra chips Family of 10 in isolation we can’t Evan go to store and pick up the extra food because of their mistake not happy at all 😒

Staff seemed super uninterested in being there, no customer service skills at all. We were missing parts of our order, which we didn't discover until we were home already. We weren't offered or given a receipt so we were unable to go back to the restaurant to get what we had paid for. Very rarely do I eat at KFC, but the off chance that I do, I expect to at least receive my whole order that I paid for. Not impressed
