I’m not sure what is going on at this location but the service is getting worse. I ordered coffee and some croissants and the croissant were never warmed up. I got them cold and didn’t notice until I had already pulled away. The drive thru is always slow. Because the person is working both the inside customers as well as the ones at the drive thru , my coffee lid always smells like perfume which tells you they are not using gloves I always have to chuck the lid. Will not be coming back to this DD.

Love their hot tea and coffee. The bagels are " average" but the donuts were disappointing. When did corporate decide to allow the local Dunkins to put just a small blob of filling in their donuts? Had to eat like 80% of the dry donut before I found any filling. Thats sad and a sure way to lose customers...

Rude, slow, and sloppy. Afternoon shift on May 5th 2022 @2:04. the chubby girl with the mean face was obviously not happy to be there and was rude.will not be coming here again.

Every since the Pandemic started it’s been slow! I asked for my favorite! a cappuccino blast and the only two New female workers that we were working said they didn’t know how to make it. I also ordered snac’n bacon and it was not Hot or Fresh at all. I went to the guy who served me and all that I ordered and he said they are not supposed to be “HOT” any Dunkin’ Donuts Franchise I go to my snack’n bacon is Always Hot and Fresh. Train People who really want to work & all they need to know!!!! instead of half ass’n and just hiring anybody for the Job. I don’t like it here anymore

The man cashier doesn't use gloves and when you pay him with cash he takes the cup with his dirty fingers even sticking his finger inside the cup pouring the coffee and then closing the lip with his dirty palm !!! I've been to many Dunkin and the employees are very dirty !!!

I went to get coffee and my last time there. I went to the bathroom. I washed my hands with water...they ran out of soap. So how are the employees washing their hands 🤢

Has to be the slowest and dumbest Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to this pandemic has force employees to hire the worst. At this point I'd rather make my own coffee.
