Went there 4/24/22 around noon. The customer service was great (reason for the two stars). However, everything else was disgusting. The bagels were hard and the drinks were too sweet ( I did not ask for extra sugar). I don’t understand how some shifts makes them perfect and others do not. Maybe there should be a chart on how to make the drinks so it doesn’t matter what crew is working it’s made right.

I ordered a dozen donuts at drive thru and I specifically told them to mix the box with jelly, Boston cream and glazed donuts and this is what I got and I only eat those three I told her to mix the box with so what now my money is wasted and I keep calling and the phone is busy cannot get anyone and I am far away this is annoying

Very long line at 8:49 am( after rush hr)
Poorly written in pen note on Recept paper stuck to menu board in drive through . Employee says before anything read note on board. No good morning or can I help you. No food it says . So again why the line? Ordered an ice coffee. Stood there while 3 employees spoke to each other. 1customer inside. Said excuse repeatedly. Had to honk horn to request a straw for the ice coffee. Never before . Smh. Just close the doors.

1 star. I’ve arrived in this Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:58am. Inside was closed, the drive they was a line and I’ve waited for over 5 minutes. It’s was ridiculous.

Showed up at 4am, doors are closed go to the drive-thru and I'm told there's a 15-minute wait because the registers are updating. Why can't they update them one at a time. No offer to take cash the only solution is to waste my time ordering via Uber. Useless.

each time I’ve gone there recently, I’ve received nothing but stale donuts. they’re gross! can’t remember the last time I got a fresh one or my order was made perfectly. the quality of the bagels has also gone down. so disappointing.

Came up to an empty drive thru today 3/11/22. After waiting a few mins I said hellooo. Was to to “Hold on” then I’m kept there still waiting all the while I can see the staff laughing and talking 🙄
